Madison – Governor Scott Walker announced today he is seeking applicants for appointment as Chippewa County District Attorney.
The new appointee will replace outgoing District Attorney Steven Gibbs, who was appointed to the Chippewa County Circuit Court. The new appointee will serve out the remainder of the unexpired term and will be up for election in November 2020.
