MADISON –Governor Scott Walker today participated in a traditional Menorah lighting ceremony at the Wisconsin Executive Residence. Rabbi Yisroel Shmotkin of Chabid Lubavitch from Milwaukee joined the Governor’s family for the ceremony.
“The story of Hanukkah is one of courage, perseverance, and hope. It is a story to celebrate with family and friends,” said Governor Walker. “To all those observing Hanukkah over the next eight days, Tonette and I extend our most sincere wishes for the blessings of the season.”
