Governor and Family at Harley Museum in Honor of Harley’s 110th Anniversary on New Department of Transportation State Map
Madison—The Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Department of Tourism, released new Wisconsin State driving maps. The map features a picture of Governor Scott Walker and his family at the Harley-Davidson Museum in honor of Harley-Davidson’s 110th anniversary. Governor Walker is an avid rider and the proud owner of a 2003 Harley-Davidson Road King.
“We are excited to have these new maps for the motorists of Wisconsin, as well as tourists coming to enjoy our state’s fun outdoor activities,” said Governor Walker. “We enjoyed highlighting one of our state’s iconic brands and look forward to celebrating Harley’s 110th anniversary this year.”
The maps reflect the many highway changes made in recent years, as well as updated census information. In addition, the map features driving games for road trips through the state.
The DOT map cover and photo of the Walker family at the Harley-Davidson museum are attached. Copies of the pocket map are available through state tourism centers or they can be ordered online here.
